The providers at Vermont Wellness Medicine specialize in integrative care, providing 1:1 care and support to patients with serious and chronic disease. Dr. Littlefield and Dr. Fresh develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, complementary therapies and conventional-care collaboration.

Integrative medicine is a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care that implements complementary therapies in collaboration with conventional treatment. The goal is to improve treatment efficacy, manage side effects, and promote whole health by developing evidence-based treatment plans that are optimized specifically for you.
