With our wellness program, we improve our capacity to offer health benefits beyond what are customarily offered in conventional oncology programs and beyond what is covered by insurance. We know conventional medical and insurance models operate in ways that provide important care but the current model limits access to the services our patients value. We are committed to transcending those barriers.
Rather than functioning as a ‘cash only’ practice, our clinic model allows us to bill insurance for all of the services they will cover. We bill only the balance not covered by insurance to the patient.

- If you have insurance that covers care with us we will bill your insurance (Part 1) and also charge clinic fees for all that we offer in addition to standard care (Part 2- $2000)
- If you do not have insurance we will bill you at the time of service at the customary insurance rate for the care you receive that day (Part 1.) In addition, will pay clinic fees for all that we offer in addition to standard care (Part 2- $2000)

Getting Started
Please call the office to schedule an appointment or to learn more. When you call we will ask for information about your diagnosis, insurance and current treatment team (primary care, oncologist etc)
Communication
We will send a link via your email to our ‘Charm Portal’ where you will create an account. Here can complete intake paperwork online and be able to use messaging function to reach the Vermont Wellness team.
Medical Records
We will help coordinate access to records from your treatment team. These include most recent physician note from your chief concern, most recent labs, most recent imaging report, pathology report. We have direct access to UVMMC and DHMC records through EPIC. We will help you to coordinate a records release for records from other facilities.
Important: Please do not have your entire record sent to our office. We will ask for any and everything that we need beyond what is listed above.
